Hi! I’m Stephanie
I am an intuitive. I feel deeply. Like yourself, I want peace.
I’ve had my history with addiction and trauma and I am still healing from these. Breath by breath and day by day I remember who I am and choose to unite back with the parts that fragmented from being so beat down and terrified.
I love to nurture people and I am creative. That is one of the reasons I became a hairstylist in 2003. That and well… I’m a Leo. I’ve got a thing with hair.
Fourteen years into my career I hit rock bottom in my substance abuse ,which spiralled me into a healing journey. CPTSD from narcissistic emotional, mental, sexual abuse and other traumas were locked away in my subconscious for much of my life and it began to surface quickly.
I had to take a break from my hair career all together and focus on my healing. Which then led me down the path of remembering who I truly came here to be. My deep devotion to a one year long minister training program, shamanic training along with yoga teacher certification, sound healing and working with ancient plant allies and community instilled the importance of healing with getting raw and honest with myself.
You are safe with me. I will guide you in all the ways back to your self.
Depending on what your soul requires, sessions may contain breath work, meditation, reiki, light language or sound healing and plant medicine.
